Our client is a fast-growing DTC brand built on Shopify with a cult following and a bold visual identity. Design lies at the core of how they communicate, convert, and stand out. Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will bring the brand’s creative vision to life across digital channels with speed, taste, and flexibility. This role collaborates closely with the Brand and Growth teams to translate marketing strategies into high-performing, visually compelling assets that strengthen brand presence and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging creative assets for brand touchpoints, including emails, website, paid ads, and social media.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Growth teams to transform marketing strategies into impactful visual concepts.
  • Adapt and evolve brand guidelines for different platforms and content formats.
  • Support product launches, promos, and evergreen campaigns with high-quality, conversion-focused design.
  • Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  • Organize and manage design files, templates, and asset libraries.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within a DTC or ecommerce environment.
  • Previous work experience in international or remote teams is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva (or ability to adapt quickly to similar tools).
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and digital storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and iterate rapidly.
  • Understanding of both brand design and performance-driven creative.
  • Motion design or basic video editing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or TikTok creative formats is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful but not required.
