As a Graphic Designer, you will play a central role in creating visually compelling communications across digital, web, social, and print platforms. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver design solutions that engage diverse audiences, elevate brand presence, and support impactful projects. Accountabilities:
- Design and produce visual assets for digital, web, social, and print campaigns
- Apply principles of layout, color, typography, and composition to deliver clear and engaging visuals
- Ensure creative work aligns with brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and project timelines
- Edit and refine design assets based on feedback from senior team members and stakeholders
- Contribute to web and digital design projects, leveraging tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage internal file organization and asset libraries to maintain easy access and version control
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and delivery teams in a multi-project environment, adapting to changing priorities
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design capabilities
- Familiarity with Figma, web design tools, PowerPoint, and basic UX/UI principles preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is a plus but not required
- Portfolio submission is required for consideration
