Junior Product Designer

Our goal is to make the way to and in Germany as easy as possible for international students. If you want to support us in this goal, then you are exactly right with us!

YOUR ROLE

Design for our Products: Contribute to design initiatives across our banking, insurance, and relocation products. You’ll work on real customer-facing features, supporting projects from discovery to delivery.

Craft user experiences: Help create seamless user journeys across web and app platforms, ensuring clarity and ease for our customers from onboarding to everyday use. Use your eye for detail to elevate the quality of our UI, making complex processes feel simple and enjoyable.

Support design system: Contribute to building and maintaining our design system, ensuring consistent visual language and high-quality implementation.

Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to bring concepts to life and ensure design intent is carried through to production.

Insights-driven approach: Support research and usability testing, help turning insights into product improvements.

Learn & grow: Develop your skills with mentorship and feedback from the Senior Product Designer, taking on more ownership over time.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or related fields. Experience in a B2C environment or startup is a plus.

Design skills: Proficiency in Figma. Strong focus on visual design, UI craft, and attention to detail. Experience with Design Systems and prototyping is a bonus.

User-focused: You care about solving real user problems and are eager to test and refine your ideas through feedback and iteration.

Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills. You enjoy working with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders.

Growth mindset: You’re curious, open to feedback, and motivated to learn and develop your design practice.

Language: Fluency in English (spoken & written). German is a plus.
