We’re partnering with a top-tier Financial Institution on a mandate that will shape how the organisation attracts, rewards, and grows its people worldwide.
You will build and embed enterprise-wide frameworks across Total Rewards, Organisation Effectiveness, and Performance Management, creating clarity, accountability, and a true performance culture at scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy: Set and execute the org-wide Rewards, Org Effectiveness & Performance strategy aligned to business goals.
- Total Rewards: Own compensation & benefits strategy (incl. executive reward)
- Organisation Effectiveness: Drive org design (spans & layers), target operating model, role clarity, workforce planning, and change roadmaps.
- Performance Management: Design and operationalise the performance philosophy, frameworks, policy and tooling, building capability and a high-performance culture.
- Corporate Performance: Steer corporate performance frameworks that cascade strategic goals through KPIs and support data-driven decision-making across the group
- Leadership & Governance: Lead a multi-disciplinary team, elevate data-driven decision-making, and ensure timely, compliant reporting.
- Change & Communications: Land complex change with clear narratives; ensure timely and accurate internal comms on rewards & performance.
Key requirements:
- 20+ years in Rewards/Exec Comp/Org Design/Performance within complex, regulated, multi-country organisations (financial services experience strongly preferred).
- Track record setting group-level reward strategy, executive remuneration governance, and delivering large annual cycles at scale.
- Deep fluency in market benchmarking, incentive design, benefits optimisation, and risk-aligned reward principles.
- Proven organisation design and TOM experience with measurable simplification/efficiency outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite/Board exposure; sharp analytical, commercial and storytelling skills.
- Relevant qualifications a plus (e.g., CCP, MBA, HR/Finance).
