The Role: Growth Marketer (Dubai, Full-Time)

TL;DR: Own our growth engine from acquisition to retention. Think full-funnel optimization, data-driven experimentation, and scalable systems that turn eSIM users into evangelists.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Build & scale acquisition engines across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn—with CAC efficiency that makes CFOs smile
• Design conversion funnels that turn curious browsers into activated customers (because every % matters)
• Run rapid experiments using A/B testing, growth frameworks, and whatever works to move the needle
• Automate lifecycle marketing with behavioral triggers, segmented journeys, and retention workflows
• Analyze like a data scientist: CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel velocity—if it's measurable, you'll optimize it
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and our "Athena" AI bot (yes, we have a WhatsApp AI sales assistant)

Tech Stack You'll Master:

• Analytics: GA4, Mixpanel, custom dashboards
• Automation: HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze
• Testing: Optimizely, Google Optimize, Unbounce
• Performance: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Growth: Segment, attribution tools, CDPs

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years in growth/performance marketing (preferably B2B SaaS, telecom, or global tech)
• Proven track record of lowering CAC while increasing LTV (show us the numbers!)
• Technical fluency with APIs, pixels, event tracking—you don't need engineering for every test
• Experimentation mindset with frameworks, hypotheses, and data-driven decisions
• Full-funnel thinking from first touch to customer success and expansion

Bonus Points:

• Experience with global/multi-market campaigns (we're in 200+ countries)
• Product-led growth experience in subscription or usage-based models
• SQL knowledge or comfort with data manipulation
• Mobile app marketing experience (eSIM apps are our bread and butter)
