About JustHealth

JustHealth is a dynamic healthcare startup on a mission to radically improve cancer care. Too often, patients are overwhelmed by their diagnosis, feeling left alone and helpless. Despite best intentions, care teams are often stretched to their limits, constrained by outdated tools and burdensome administrative processes.

We believe the time is now for a patient-centric, continuous, and holistic care experience — one that supports both patients and care teams. We develop state-of-the-art, clinically validated digital tools and programs to enable effective monitoring and personalized support throughout the cancer journey.

We’re a team of experienced builders, changemakers, and healthcare practitioners. We already work with some of Germany’s leading cancer clinics. Our journey is just getting started, and we’re looking for like-minded people to join JustHealth on this exciting mission.

Position Description

We are looking for a part-time (24h/week) UX/UI Designer who’s passionate about creating elegant, human-centered digital experiences. As one of our early design contributors, you’ll help shape the user experience and interface of our flagship product, OnkoPass — a digital companion for cancer patients and care teams.

This is a high-impact, fully remote role with flexible hours. Your work will directly influence how patients engage with their care and how clinicians deliver it.

  • UI Design: Design clean, accessible, and consistent interfaces in line with our brand.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
  • Iteration: Incorporate feedback and data to continuously refine and improve designs.

Requirements

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and UI skills across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience working in a freelance or part-time capacity with remote teams.
  • A strong user-centered mindset with attention to detail and usability.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Based in the EU (for collaboration purposes).

Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
