About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Laravel, WordPress, Angular, and Node.js, with the ability to build, maintain, and optimize high-performance web applications and platforms.

You will collaborate closely with our design, product, and backend teams to create secure, scalable, and elegant web solutions that align with our product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel, WordPress, Angular, and Node.js.
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Customize and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionalities.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems for better performance and security.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive front-end code.
• Manage databases, version control (Git), and deployment workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and propose new ideas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Laravel / PHP Frameworks
• WordPress (themes, plugins, custom APIs)
• Angular / TypeScript
• Node.js and Express.js
• Proficient in MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful API design.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and cloud-based hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vue.js or React is a plus.
• Knowledge of Docker or containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflows.
• Understanding of SEO and web accessibility standards.
