Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time remote Game Designer to join our global team. You’ll design game concepts, levels, and mechanics, and work closely with developers, artists, and testers to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

🎮 Brainstorm and pitch innovative game ideas

📄 Create design docs, flowcharts & wireframes

⚖️ Balance mechanics & gameplay loops

🤝 Collaborate with global teammates across time zones

📊 Analyze player feedback to refine features

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Game & Level Design
• Strong knowledge of mobile games (casual, puzzle, hyper-casual, or board)
• Proficiency with Unity (Unreal Engine is a plus)
• Strong creativity, problem-solving & analytical skills
• Excellent English communication & documentation skills
• Bachelor’s in Game Design/CS or equivalent experience
