What You’ll Do
- Co-create a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy with the Head of HR to fuel our expansion.
- Partner with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and map the best talent in the market.
- Lead the full recruitment journey — from attraction to onboarding — ensuring an unforgettable candidate experience.
- Build employer branding campaigns that reflect our identity as a bold, world-class luxury brand.
- Represent the company at career events and global expos, showcasing what makes our culture exceptional.
- Leverage data and insights to refine hiring strategies, streamline processes, and measure success.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven talent acquisition professional (5+ years’ experience) with a knack for connecting with people and storytelling.
- Strategic mindset meets hands-on energy - someone who can design the vision and deliver it too.
- Experience building or scaling recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and employer branding expertise.
- Fluent in English - extra points for any additional languages!
