About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, with a strong focus on the financial industry. This role requires fluency in Mandarin, experience supporting overseas assignments, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, particularly for IT positions within the financial sector.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Support recruitment for overseas assignments, ensuring a smooth and compliant process for international hires.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.
- Experience in recruiting for overseas or relocation roles is a strong plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with expertise in using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Q Sentral office with daily commuting.
