Job Purpose: As a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in scaling Esports World Cup Foundation’s world-class teams across multiple verticals - from esports and live events to strategy, partnerships, and corporate functions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, act as an advisor to hiring managers, and ensure a world-class candidate experience that reflects EWCF’s values and ambition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, international environment and who can balance strategic hiring with hands-on execution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned business areas - from job brief, scheduling to offer stage - ensuring speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, develop attraction strategies, and provide market insights.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, proactively engaging candidates across esports, gaming, events, and corporate sectors.
- Conduct interviews and assessments that evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
- Draft, review, and continuously improve job descriptions to ensure clarity, inclusiveness, and alignment with EWCF’s structure, tone, and employer brand.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure alignment on workforce planning, Saudization goals, and internal mobility.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings, events, and social media campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in the ATS (applicant tracking system) and support reporting needs.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, and guidelines.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-scaling organizations and multinational environments.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market dynamics (local & international).
- Strong familiarity with the Saudi labor market, including Saudization requirements and visa processes, is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, or similar) and various recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM systems, etc.).
- Proficient in Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
