What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on proficiency in modern C++ (C++11 or newer), with a deep grasp of data structures, algorithms, and memory management.
• Proven experience designing and building reliable, high-performance systems.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, systems architecture, or distributed computing.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and familiar with debugging, performance tuning, and profiling tools.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity.
• Experience in finance, trading, or low-latency systems is a plus — but not required.
