About The Role
This is a
remote, freelance position with complete flexibility — work from anywhere, on your own schedule. Tarkle provides consistent project opportunities through our internal dashboard, so you can choose the projects you want based on your availability.
Developers who work actively and take on multiple projects can expect
monthly earnings between $1,600 and $4,000, depending on project volume and performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Webflow websites and landing pages using Webflow and Figma
- Apply structured design frameworks like Client-First or Relume Style System
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with designers and project managers via Slack and our internal dashboard
- Troubleshoot bugs, refine animations, and update existing builds
- Manage multiple Webflow projects with 48–72 hour turnarounds
- Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail in every project
Compensation
- $10–$25 per Webflow task hour, depending on complexity
- Bi-weekly or milestone-based payouts, typically processed within 3–5 business days
- Active developers earn $1,600–$4,000/month
- Potential to grow into a permanent internal position with a stable monthly salary
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Webflow and Figma (junior-to-mid-level developer)
- Familiar with Client-First or Relume frameworks
- Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, responsiveness, and basic SEO
- Portfolio with at least 5 published Webflow projects (public access required)
- Clear English communication and solid attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within Tarkle’s ecosystem

US-EST business hours are preferred for easier collaboration with our core team and clients.
