Firmware Engineer (m/f) in Munich, Germany
As part of our exciting company growth, we are looking for a passionate Firmware Engineer to join our team based in Munich.
Job Description
As an integral member of the R&D team, the Firmware Engineer will architect, design, and maintain the low-level code specifically developed for my clients next generation solutions. With a deep knowledge of embedded systems programming, the Firmware Engineer will be responsible for the proper functioning and communication of our products. She/He will also be part of the design process of new products, from the concept idea to the mass production. For this position, we are seeking a young spirit, engaged and motivated person with passion for firmware development and new technologies.
Job Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of embedded code in 3Dconnexion hardware projects
• Create new firmware and modify the existing one to fit unique projects needs and configurations • Work with teams to facilitate firmware deployment to production
Technical Skills and Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems or similar
• 3 Years of work experience
• Very good knowledge of C/C++ software development, testing, and debug
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and datasheets
• Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written English
• BONUS : Past experience with ARM processors or any Processors
• BONUS : Familiarity with wireless communication protocols
• BONUS : Knowledge of USB protocol and HID specifications
