About the Role:
The Go High-Level (GHL) Developer will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth by leveraging their deep expertise in the Go HighLevel CRM and marketing automation platform. This position requires a hands-on professional who can configure, develop, and implement GoHighLevel solutions to optimize lead management, enhance client communication, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives, improve customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency. With a strong background in FinTech, financial services, or EduTech, the consultant will bring strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and project management skills to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires adaptability, innovation, and a results-driven approach to maximize the platforms' capabilities and support the company's growth initiatives.
What You'll do:
- Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows, automations, and triggers using Go High Levels features (CRM, Email/SMS automations, Funnels, etc.).
- Integrate Go High Level with third-party APIs to enhance platform functionality.
- Build custom tools and features within the Go High Level environment to meet specific business needs.
- Develop custom API solutions for seamless communication between Go High Level and other enterprise systems.
- Manage client data and interactions to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Optimize lead management, customer segmentation, and engagement processes using Go High Levels CRM.
- Develop and implement automated workflows for client onboarding, lead nurturing, and marketing campaigns.
- Set up and monitor triggered actions, such as emails, SMS messages, and tasks, based on user behavior and data.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Business Development teams to identify and implement new features and functionalities.
- Ensure that the automation systems are scalable and aligned with overall business goals.
- Provide technical support for Go High Level issues related to automation, workflows, or integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues to ensure the smooth operation of the platform.
- Stay updated on Go High Level features and best practices to continuously improve processes.
- Proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to current systems to increase performance and efficiency.
What You'll bring:
- Proven experience with Go High Level development, including creating custom workflows, automations, and CRM management.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and experience working with REST APIs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and basic understanding of PHP or other backend technologies.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of data security protocols and best practices in the FinTech industry.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and version control tools (Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the Fintech, Edutech, and financial services industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Fluent in English
