Who we need


Reporting to the Manager of Quality Assurance, we are hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Product Development team. As our new Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our digital ecosystem - including platforms that support Central Applications, HR, Finance, CRM Dynamics, ServiceNow, Exhibition, and LBE systems.


This is a remote role; however, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our Toronto office full time for the first four months, and then be available as needed for in person team meetings.

What you will do:


  • Lead. You will own and drive the QA strategy across multiple enterprise systems, including Central Applications, HR, Finance, CRM Dynamics, ServiceNow, Exhibition, and LBE platforms. You will oversee testing timelines, resources, and priorities while guiding the team on best practices, effective test design, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Automate. You will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in validation. You will create, maintain, and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, performance, load, and security testing, ensuring scalable solutions that align with business and technical objectives.
  • Test. You will execute comprehensive testing across multiple platforms to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity. You will identify and document defects using bug tracking tools, clearly communicating findings and collaborating with development and business teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Optimize. You will analyze testing results and quality metrics, such as defect trends, automation coverage, and test execution progress, to inform decisions and improve testing effectiveness. You will contribute to refining QA documentation, frameworks, and standards to enhance the maturity and efficiency of QA practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with enterprise objectives, as you support system integrations and enterprise transformation initiatives.


What you bring:


  • The technical expertise. You bring strong QA expertise with automation, load testing, and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps), using tools such as Blazemeter, Robot Framework, Appium, or similar. Ideally, you have worked in QA for enterprise systems and CRM platforms such as Dynamics or Salesforce, with a solid understanding of SDLC, web-based architectures, and security testing.
  • The ownership. You take accountability for outcomes, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and deliverables are met. You dig into root causes, flag risks early, and drive improvements that strengthen system reliability and performance.
  • The initiative. You are proactive and curious, always looking for ways to refine frameworks, automate processes, and elevate QA efficiency. You bring forward ideas and lead change that enhances how testing is done across the organization.
  • The collaborative approach. You communicate clearly and build strong relationships across teams. You thrive in a cross-functional, Agile environment balancing multiple priorities, sharing knowledge, and helping to shape QA best practices that raise the bar for quality across the enterprise.
