We are now looking for a Marketing Specialist who will lead and execute our 90-day digital growth plan and scale our marketing engine across digital, social, SEO, and CRM channels. Based on the success of this growth plan, we will highly likely extend a full-time job offer for this role.


Position Overview


The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Reliance Financial’s marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement. This role combines creativity, analytical discipline, and marketing automation expertise to generate qualified mortgage leads that convert into funded loans.


This is a hands-on role for a marketing professional who thrives on strategy and execution in developing content, managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and reporting results.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Funnel Management


  • Develop and execute high-impact digital campaigns to generate and nurture qualified leads across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Design and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels for refinance, first-time buyer, and real estate investor audiences.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates
  • Track performance across channels and ensure seamless CRM integration (BnTouch, HubSpot).


2. Content Strategy & Brand Awareness


  • Manage content creation across platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
  • Publish 5–10 posts per week across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop thought leadership campaigns highlighting Reliance Financial’s expertise and technology leadership.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging that reflect speed, transparency, empathy, and innovation.


3. Video & Creative Production


  • Produce and edit short-form video content (CapCut, Veed.io, or Adobe Premiere).
  • Work closely with SEO team to ensure video content is leveraged for high engagement.
  • Plan a consistent monthly video content calendar (rate updates, client success stories, realtor spotlights).
  • Maintain visual consistency using brand templates in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.


4. SEO & Website Optimization


  • Work with our SEO specialists to translate keyword insights into content plans and blog topics.
  • Keep the website updated with testimonials, calculators, rate updates, and tools.
  • Monitor and improve organic search rankings and engagement metrics.


5. Email & SMS Marketing


  • Develop segmented email campaigns for first-time buyers, homeowners, and investors.
  • Create automated nurture sequences and drip campaigns in CRM.
  • Work with team to share timely and relevant SMS messages for target audience.
  • Analyze engagement and optimize higher open, click, and conversion rates.


6. Analytics, Automation & Reporting


  • Build weekly dashboards tracking traffic, engagement, leads, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Use analytics to provide actionable insights and refine campaigns.
  • Leverage automation and AI-driven tools for lead scoring and remarketing.


7. Campaign Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with the leadership and sales team to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
  • Collaborate with our external SEO team, paid ads, and content vendors.
  • Own the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of all initiatives.


Key Deliverables (First 90 Days)


  1. Launch a multi-channel social media marketing campaign and track lead sources.
  2. Increase website traffic and inbound leads by 50%.
  3. Create and distribute weekly newsletters to client and realtor databases.
  4. Implement automated CRM workflows for lead nurturing.
  5. Establish a full analytics dashboard with KPIs tied to funded loans.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience executing campaigns that drive measurable lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, CRM automation, and content marketing.
  • Proven skills in copywriting, content creation, and video editing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as:


- HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Mailchimp

- Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager

- Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools

- Canva, Veed.io, or Adobe Creative Suite

- Trello, Later, or Asana for content scheduling


  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior experience in mortgage or real estate marketing.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot workflows and automation is a BIG plus.
  • Familiarity with mortgage CRM systems such as BnTouch.
  • Understanding of compliance and advertising guidelines for financial institutions.
  • Experience leading a small marketing team or managing freelancers/vendors.
