Role Overview
The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting influencer marketing campaigns that build authentic engagement and brand awareness. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role will help coordinate seeding and gifting initiatives, manage client relationships, and ensure flawless campaign execution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing, social trends, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
- Support the execution of influencer marketing strategies, focusing on seeding and gifting campaigns.
- Manage and maintain influencer outreach spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate logistics for gifting initiatives, including shipments, tracking, and follow-ups with influencers.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all campaign milestones.
Influencer Relations
- Research, identify, and source influencers aligned with client goals and brand values.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, acting as a point of contact throughout collaborations.
Content Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to create clear and engaging influencer briefs.
- Contribute ideas for campaign themes, storytelling, and creative activations.
- Track and organize user-generated content (UGC) for repurposing across client channels.
Trend Tracking
- Stay current on social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and cultural moments.
- Provide insights on platform updates, creator developments, and emerging trends to inform client strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track influencer performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and content quality.
- Generate reports summarizing results, insights, and optimization recommendations.
- Maintain organized records of campaign outcomes, budgets, and influencer contracts.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the account team, including scheduling, meeting prep, and client communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation of influencer interactions, agreements, and campaign details.
Qualifications
Experience
- Experience working at a brand or agency, ideally with U.S.-based clients.
- Previous experience or internship in influencer marketing, PR, or related roles preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Suite, or influencer platforms (e.g., ShopMy, LTK, Shopify Collabs) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about social media trends, pop culture, and the influencer landscape.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
