Product Manager (payments)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition of the quarterly product strategy and make sure your team believes in it.
• Ensure the team follows a proper product discovery process, including quantitative and qualitative user research and industry benchmarking.
• Own the execution of the product roadmap with your engineering and design teammates.
• Implement measurement frameworks (eg. A/B testing, product analytics, statistical significance) to determine the success of your team’s work.
• Develop and execute strong “go-to-market” strategies with marketing and operations teams to ensure our product has the maximum impact in the real world.

Candidate Wishlist:

• 3-5 years in Product Management with experience with product payments discovery, planning, technical delivery (eg. scrum/agile).
• Fluent in English
• Position can be fully remote but preference will be given to candidates in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Costa Ria where we have our main offices. Globally located is possible under the right circumstances.
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Director-level interactions).
