Graphic Designer (Remote)
Location: Remote (preferred: Latin America or South Africa)
Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 USD/month (independent contractor)
Start Date: Targeting October 6th, 2025
Working hours: 9am - 6:30pm ET (flexible end of shift and at least 5 hours of overlap)

We operate at the intersection of physical packaging and digital performance marketing, and we’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to elevate our brand across every touchpoint.
About The Role
We’re hiring a hands-on, brand-obsessed Graphic Designer to own day-to-day creative output across packaging, advertising, and marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves quickly from concept to polished execution, and brings a strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency. Video/motion skills are a plus but not required.
We are aiming to finalize the hiring process by October 3rd and begin onboarding the successful candidate by October 6th.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Design & Systems
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, typography systems, color libraries, and component patterns to ensure consistency across print and digital.
Packaging & Print
- Design primary/secondary packaging, labels, inserts, and retail/OOH collateral.
- Prepare print-ready files, dielines, and production specs in collaboration with vendors.
Performance & Lifecycle Creative
- Create static and lightweight motion assets for paid social, display, and email campaigns.
- Produce multiple variations for A/B testing across channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic).
Campaigns & OOH
- Translate briefs into compelling concepts for out-of-home, retail, and experiential campaigns.
- Adapt key visuals into multi-format toolkits.
Photography & Content Direction
- Plan shot lists and provide art direction for product and lifestyle shoots.
- Collaborate with photographers/retouchers to deliver on-brand imagery.
- Produce on-brand graphics for landing pages, PDPs, banners, emails, and promotional templates.
- Coordinate closely with growth and product teams.
Website & CRM Assets
- Produce on-brand graphics for landing pages, PDPs, banners, emails, and promotional templates.

File Hygiene & Operations
- Keep source files impeccably organized.
- Maintain libraries in Adobe CC and Figma; manage exports, naming conventions, and version control.
Nice-to-Have (Video/Motion)
- Cut short-form ads, basic product edits, and social-first loops.
- Build lightweight animations for ads, email, and landing pages (GIF/MP4).
- Assemble simple storyboards and motion specs to guide external editors when needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, typography systems, and color libraries.
- Proven ability to design and prepare production-ready files for packaging, labels, and other print materials.
- Experience creating static and motion assets for paid social, display, and email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with creating multiple design variations for A/B testing on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Experience planning and providing art direction for product and lifestyle photography shoots.
- Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and external vendors.
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator and Figma, with a focus on file organization, naming conventions, and version control.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
Nice-To-Have
- Experience with short-form video editing, creating social-first loops, and building lightweight animations (GIF/MP4) for ads and web pages.
- Ability to create simple storyboards and motion specs.
- Can do handstyle drawings and making custom typefaces
Work Arrangement
- Independent contractor role: candidate is responsible for their own taxes and healthcare.
- Annual all-expenses-paid team offsite.
- Potential opportunity for US relocation after 12-18 months.
Interview Process
- Initial interview with the Creative Lead.
- Second interview with the Creative Lead and a team member, including discussion of a completed design assessment.
