We're looking for a who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on recruiting. This role blends full-cycle recruitment and onboarding with proactive talent pipeline development—making a real impact from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments.
- Source and engage passive and active candidates using creative outreach strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and pre-employment processes.
- Coordinate and deliver new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
- Contribute to Culture and Inclusion hiring strategies.
What You Bring:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of multi-state labor laws strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience with recruitment marketing and onboarding processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Our hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:30am - 5:30pm and Fridays 7:30am – 11:30am. We offer a competitive salary based on experience. We are a casual work environment and we understand the value of work-life balance.
Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays from day one, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of your contribution) among others. Hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30a-5:30p and Friday 7:30a-11:30a.
