The Role:

We’re looking for a social and community all-rounder who lives and breathes gaming, oxygen is overrated anyway. You’ll shape our voice online, grow an inclusive community and drive forward our mission.

This is a fully remote role based in the United Kingdom with a salary up to £34,000, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media Management

• Execute a consistent social media strategy across key platforms such as Twitter (we're never calling it X), Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Keep a clear, consistent posting schedule that aligns with the marketing calendar.
• Spot emerging trends (or start one! 😌) and create content that genuinely connects to our audience.
• Track performance and share what’s working, and what’s not, with the Head of Marketing.

Content Creation

• Plan and create posts, short-form videos and graphics that engages and grows our audience.
• Work alonside the Head of Marketing to bring creative campaigns to life. 
• Collaborate with creators, partners or agencies when needed.

Community & Support

• Be the friendly voice behind our comments, DMs, and support inbox.
• Provide genuine responses and quality customer service (no blanket responses!)
• Help manage and grow our Discord server, from structure to an inclusive community hub.

About You:

• Proven experience growing social media and online communities.
• You may be no designer but you can navigate a PSD and create something quality and on brand👩‍🎨
• Familiar with tools such as Buffer, Capcut, Canva, Photoshop, Help Desks etc.
• A natural community builder who understands gaming culture.
• You get things done and hate being micromanaged (your manager hates doing it too!)
• Effective communication and understanding of remote working dynamics
