Position Summary
PayrAdvisors Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives across digital, print, and client-facing channels. This role will focus on developing compelling presentations, case studies, and advertising materials that clearly communicate our value to healthcare organizations — including medical groups, hospitals, health systems, infusion centers, and physician practices.
You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns that elevate the PayrAdvisors brand, generate qualified leads, and support business development initiatives through data-driven strategies and visually engaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint decks and visual presentations for client proposals, payer strategy meetings, and investor pitches.
- Create and maintain branded case studies, success stories, and marketing collateral highlighting PayrAdvisors’ results and client impact.
- Collaborate with leadership to produce compelling content for targeted audiences (medical groups, health systems, PE firms, etc.).
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards, tone, and healthcare-compliance considerations.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation within the healthcare sector.
- Coordinate website marketing, SEO/SEM strategies, and analytics to drive inbound engagement and conversions.
- Track campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with leadership to develop audience-specific advertising and messaging for decision-makers in payer contracting and provider organizations.
Brand Development & Outreach
- Support brand awareness campaigns highlighting PayrAdvisors’ expertise in payer contracting and managed care strategy.
- Create and distribute content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and other professional channels.
- Assist in the preparation of pitches and marketing presentations for medical groups, hospitals, and physician offices.
- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and CEO to refine messaging for potential partners, investors, and healthcare clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, consulting, or professional services.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare or payer/provider market dynamics preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating professional decks and collateral for C-suite healthcare audiences.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation tools.
- Comfort with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
- Understanding of payer contracting or healthcare reimbursement concepts (helpful but not required).
