DevOps Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team on a project-based full-time contract. You’ll play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Our mission is to build reliable, secure, and scalable systems that support next-generation data processing and visibility for aviation operations. You’ll contribute directly to a platform that enhances trust, efficiency, and safety within the aviation ecosystem.

• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure using Terraform and AWS (EC2, EKS).
• Set up and maintain Kubernetes clusters for scalable application deployment.
• Develop and optimize Docker and Docker Compose environments.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure uptime and performance.
• Manage and tune OpenSearch clusters for observability and search-driven use cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery processes.

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Docker & Docker Compose
• Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• AWS Services (EC2, EKS, IAM, networking basics)
• OpenSearch / ELK Stack
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, automation, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to scalability and efficiency.
