You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create world-class digital experiences that align with our brand and product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on product requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business goals into functional designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously refine the user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines for consistent design standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to keep our products ahead of the curve.
- Present design concepts and user journeys to stakeholders and justify design decisions with data-driven reasoning.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth handoff from design to development via Figma.
- Contribute to the creative direction and product design strategy of the company
Required Skills and Expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and collaboration features.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs (please include links in application).
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies.
- Solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma.
- Familiarity with user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Experience working in Agile environments with developers and product teams.
- Familiarity with collaboration and version control tools (e.g., FigJam, Zeplin, Jira, Slack, or Notion).
- Optional but valuable: familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, or motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end design solutions for SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or web applications.
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design excellence and user-centered problem solving.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in design execution.
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Passion for user-centered design and continuous learning.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Experience in motion design or micro-interactions (Lottie, After Effects).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for better design handoff.
- Experience designing SaaS dashboards, mobile apps, or B2B software.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Experience integrating design tools with development workflows (e.g., Storybook, Figma-to-Code plugins).
Benefits:
- 100% Remote: Work from anywhere, five days a week on an 8-hour night shift schedule.
- Paid Internet and Health Insurance.
- Company-sponsored laptop and device upgrades.
- Paid Sick, Casual, and Holiday Leaves (including birthdays).
