Art Director

We’re seeking a highly skilled and versatile Art Director / Designer to support a high-profile brand within a leading ad agency. This is a hands-on art direction role focused on executing creative concepts through production across a variety of deliverables, including social, print, digital, and experiential assets. The ideal candidate brings a refined, modern design sensibility—with a portfolio that demonstrates clean, elevated, and visually sophisticated work, ideally shaped by experience in fashion, beauty, or luxury brands. You’re a resourceful designer who can take an established master concept and seamlessly translate it across formats with precision, efficiency, and brand consistency. You’ll collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and editors to deliver high-quality, market-ready creative in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This freelance contract role, 30-40 hours weekly, EST time zone, that is fully remote for those located in the states of TN, GA, and FL.

Responsibilities:

• Art direct and design creative concepts into multi-format deliverables including print, social, digital banners, OOH, and experiential mockups
• Produce polished, visually stunning campaigns with quick turnaround times
• Create mockups for brand activations (e.g., experiential pop-ups and events)
• Partner with video editors and cross-functional teams to enhance visual storytelling across media
• Ensure brand consistency while adapting creative across different platforms and sizes
• Support high-volume production needs while maintaining creative excellence
• Be available during business hours, operating on EST time zone

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of art direction and design experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong visual storytelling capabilities with a portfolio that reflects a clean, modern, and elevated aesthetic
• Experience working with fashion, beauty, or luxury brands is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to create integrated campaigns across print, social, banners, OOH, and experiential deliverables
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship in design execution
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Comfort working within established brand guidelines and creative direction
