QA Engineer in DENMARK

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our product. You will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive QA strategy that supports a high standard of delivery across complex software ecosystems.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on testing expertise and enjoys working in close collaboration with product, engineering and leadership teams.

What You’ll Do

QA strategy & leadership

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end QA strategy for the Uniify solution.
  • Champion a system-level testing approach, ensuring robust validation across the ecosystems.
  • Define risk-based testing practices aligned with business priorities.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner with CTO, Tech lead and Project Managers to align QA efforts with release cycles.
  • Communicate test progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and risk assessments.

Production oversight

  • Maintain visibility into production deployments, ensuring version control and compatibility.
  • Collaborate with CTO and Tech lead to manage customer-specific configurations and mitigate update risks.

Test execution & validation

  • Execute manual and exploratory testing, including real-world scenario validation.
  • Perform regression, performance, and stability testing across environments.

Test automation & efficiency

  • Identify high-value automation opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of API, integration, and UI automation scripts (e.g., Playwright, Cypress or custom frameworks)
  • Advocate for ROI-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.

What We Are Looking For

  • +3 years of experience in test automation (front-end/back-end)
  • Strong grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in test automation (playwright, cypress) and CI/CD integration.
  • Solid understanding of HTTP/S, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to analyse production environments and troubleshoot versioning issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
