About Our Client

Our client is a FMCG in Geneva Canton.

Job Description

Compensation

  • Support annual compensation processes including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and long-term incentive programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis using external survey data (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
  • Maintain and analyze compensation structures, job grading, and internal equity across EMEA.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on offers, promotions, and internal mobility.


Benefits

  • Assist in the design, rollout, and communication of benefits programs across multiple countries.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Liaise with external providers and brokers to manage renewals, claims, and service levels.
  • Support wellbeing and employee experience initiatives aligned with the luxury brand ethos.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track compensation and benefits metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior HR and business leaders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HRIS and C&B systems.


Projects & Governance

  • Participate in global and regional C&B projects (e.g., harmonization, M&A, digitalization).
  • Support policy development and governance frameworks.
  • Act as a point of contact for audits and internal controls related to C&B.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • min 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a multinational FMCG or luxury environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP), and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with EMEA labor markets and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
