Compensation Support Analyst
The Compensation Support Analyst will be responsible for an array of compensation tasks related to servicing Sirva Clients. This role is an intermediate level to becoming a compensation services specialist in the global mobility world. This position will include one or more of the following responsibilities stated below.
Responsibilities
- Compensation Services: Preparation and Review of international and domestic assignment cost estimates, relocation cost of living and lump-sum calculations, relocation payroll processing, global compensation collection, assignment transaction details reporting, and working on Tax equalization (TEQ) & Certificate of Coverage (COC) processes accurately and within the agreed turnaround time
- Be a mentor/guide to the coordinator pool. Assist the Team Leader with these aspects of people management as a precursor to such responsibilities at the next level
- Ensure completion of tasks including policy review, utilization of supplier’s tables (AirInc, Mercer, etc.) and logical application of knowledge
- Be part of new client implementation
- Maintain detailed tracking of activities to ensure metrics can be reported in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance, or associate's degree with relevant experience, or equivalent job experience
- Minimum of 3 year of expatriate administration experience preferred
- Motivated to succeed; takes personal pride in his or her work product
- Able to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable components
- Customer first attitude
- Responsible and accountable for expected results
- Caring and empathetic toward others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge MS Excel and Word
