Content Management Associate HR BS

A day in the life of...
- Personal Administration – processing requests from LMS/HRBPS and raising tickets fot hire/transfer/payroll update to IBD team. Consulting of LMs regarding the process, support with system changes in SuccessFactors.
- Time Management – analyze and raise requests for SAP work schedules changes, manage BTQs Managers queries regardig time management;
- Payroll administration– calculate additional and recurring payments and deductions; raise tickets as well as validate correctness in payroll;
- Providing answers to the written and oral requests received from the employees of the market in scope;
- Reporting – reports preparation to HR Manager as well as suport Bussiness with reports and analyses;
- To ensure quality and timeliness of solving all enquiries, received by phone and e-mail to offer appropriate information to employees of IBPs that are serviced (* in case when CRC is internal)
- Support of IBS ASk HR and ensure NBS team improve the quality of requests.
- To ensure purchaise requests are created in time as well GRs. To resolve possible issues and queries with vendors. To lead tender when we change vendors.
- To highlight possible improvements and lead identified projects.
- To support with monthly payroll closure and back up PY Specialist during absences.
- To engage improvements for Nestle in the market, to participate in testing activities.
- Coordinate all areas of operational activities in scope of HR PY team related to the defined scope of the Marked locations that are being serviced, ensure the effective back-up system is in place for the scope of locations under responsibility
- Analyze and follow-up the legislation changes of the countries in scope related to the daily operational activities.
- Knowledge and compliance to Collective agreements of the Market locations when performing the operational activities
- Coordinate regular quality checks of operational activities; analyze reasonability & efficiency of internal quality reports on services provided;

- Ability to work closely with different stakeholders with a proactive mindset

- Creativity and resourcefulness, to provide suggestions to service requesters on page & content layout (when necessary)
- Facilitation and training delivery
- Exposed to complex and multi domain projects
- Ttailored to diverse internal audiences, ensuring messages are clear, relevant, and aligned with strategic communication goals.
- Maintaining brand-aligned tone across all written materials, from intranet pages to knowledge base articles and campaign assets.
- Translating complex technical or procedural information into accessible, user-friendly formats that support employee self-service and digital enablement.
- Applying editorial standards to ensure grammatical precision, factual correctness, and adherence to Nestlé’s content governance principles.
- Working closely with content managers, product owners, and process experts to refine drafts, incorporate feedback, and iterate content based on performance insights
- Preparing content for AI consumption by structuring it for retrieval, tagging metadata, and aligning with Copilot and AI requirements.
