Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, digital storytelling, and community building. You will be responsible for managing and scaling NUD’s presence across all social media platforms, celebrity collaboration, magazine collaboration, driving engagement, building brand awareness, and creating impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with NUD’s brand identity, marketing goals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, create, and oversee engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and live sessions).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for growth and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling.
- Drive community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and building customer relationships.
- Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and content creators to amplify brand reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands).
- Strong understanding of content strategy, paid social ads, and analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later/Buffer, and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design trends.
- Ability to relocate to Kolkata and work closely with the NUD team.
