What You’ll Do

Reporting to our Global Patients GTM Strategy Manager, you will be at the heart of Doctolib's patient strategy for the Italian market, experiencing first-hand the impact Doctolib has on the healthcare system of the country.

You'll autonomously lead the Patient Stream from data analysis and strategy definition to operational project support, while collaborating closely with top management in Italy.

Your analytical expertise will directly impact millions of patients by optimizing our go-to-market approach and driving growth and engagement in our Patient community across Italy.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide data-driven insights on our patient behavior - Analyze patient journeys and conversion funnels to prioritize key patient initiatives and optimize our Italian market approach
  • Support product development and localization - Collaborate with Patient Product teams on feature discovery and prioritization, market studies for Italy-specific needs, and successful roll-out (launch and adoption) of patient features
  • Drive cross-functional programs and innovations - Lead operational projects with key stakeholders to enhance patient delivery and performance across our three markets
  • Support B2C Marketing strategy - Partner with marketing teams on campaign strategy definition, performance monitoring, and optimization for the Italian market
