Job Overview
We’re looking for a
Product Portfolio Analyst to join the Burger King EMEA Marketing Team in Zug. You’ll help shape our portfolio strategy end-to-end: assess market landscape, size opportunities, develop product platforms, and project manage innovation process. Ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills (both quantitative and qualitative) and a desire to grow into brand management/marketing.
The role is based in Zug, Switzerland and requires 5 days per week in-office presence.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze the market landscape to identify gaps and size growth opportunities.
- Translate insights into platform/product ideas that address those opportunities.
- Design and run consumer research (quantitative & qualitative) to validate concepts and products.
- Engage franchisees on portfolio strategy and support day-to-day problem-solving.
- Lead cross-functional project work (Marketing Insights, Field Sales, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Operations, etc.) to keep innovation projects on track.
Your Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in a data-related role within marketing, finance, or consulting.
- Previous experience in strategy consulting would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable turning data into clear recommendations.
- Solid organization and project planning to hit timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent in English.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship.
