Chief Revenue Officer – Offshore & Maritime Technology

We’re looking for a strategic deal-maker — someone who understands the complexity of the offshore and marine renewables world, and who can turn technical expertise and tender mastery into growth.
You’ll join the leadership team of a fast-scaling maritime tech company using AI, data and engineering intelligence to make the ocean industry more efficient, connected and sustainable.
If your background combines Sales leadership and Bid Management in offshore engineering, subsea, or marine energy, this is your next challenge.
Your Mission
- Design and execute a global revenue strategy aligned with technical and operational goals.
- Lead, coach and grow international Sales & Bid teams — ensuring full alignment from opportunity to contract.
- Drive major tenders and complex deal negotiations with global offshore and energy clients.
- Forge high-level partnerships with key players across the blue economy ecosystem.
- Represent the company at international events and strengthen its global business network.
Your Profile
- 10+ years’ experience in Sales / Business Development / Bid Management, in offshore, maritime engineering, or marine renewables.
- Proven success in winning large-scale tenders and driving multimillion-euro revenue growth.
- Solid grasp of technical sales, long-cycle bidding, and customer relationship management in complex environments.
- Entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset with hands-on leadership.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
