The Role
We are looking for a Product Lead to take ownership of Reejig’s Work Operating System—translating vision into strategy, and strategy into delivery. This role is critical to our next phase of growth, shaping how our product evolves into a category-defining experience that changes how enterprises work.
This position is based in New York, working closely with the founders and cross-functional teams across global delivery regions.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product strategy for Reejig’s Work Operating System.
- Translate founder vision into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.
- Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to create intelligent, seamless, and scalable product experiences.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise customers and how they are adopting AI to transform work.
- Ensure that the product is built around real workflows, driving measurable outcomes and business impact.
- Lead globally distributed teams with speed, clarity, and accountability.
- Embed Reejig’s own digital workforce and AI agents into the way we build, deliver, and operate the product.
- Measure and drive adoption, stickiness, and value realization across customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
- We would love a strong background in workflow automation, productivity tools, or data-intelligent platforms but it’s a nice to have
- Experience taking products from concept to scale, balancing strategic vision with delivery execution.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems and how to make them usable at enterprise scale.
- Strong design and user experience instincts; able to create products that are both functional and intuitive.
- Experience working in global, distributed environments with teams across regions and time zones.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias for action and ownership.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines.
