Product Manager, FinTech

We are seeking a Product Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS company that is transforming collaboration and workflows across the financial services ecosystem. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the U.S. The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with the ability to partner cross-functionally, translating client needs into product solutions. Experience with event management tools or workflow platforms is a plus. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Job Title: Product Manager (FinTech SaaS)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)(CA, CT, FL, ID, IL, IN, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OK, OH)

Responsibilities

• Conduct client research, discovery calls, and data tracking to inform product decisions
• Represent the business and client voice within the product development team, ensuring solutions address user needs
• Help shape priorities and contribute to defining the product roadmap
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to deliver product features
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and implementation plans
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in product management, working closely with engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify client challenges and define creative solutions
• Comfortable conducting user interviews and engaging directly with clients
• Experience in financial technology, workflow tools, or event management platforms, or meeting management SaaS is a strong plus
  
  

Compensation

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $200,000
• Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus

• 100% remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S. and approved states
