At Privately, we build age assurance and online safety solutions that help businesses deliver safe online/offline experiences for children, and better comply with regulations around age appropriate experiences. We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with a proven track record to join our dynamic team and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical systems.
This position is 100% remote, based anywhere in Europe.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable systems to support our platform’s growth.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and enhance system reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code and ML model deployments.
- Collaborate with other engineers to optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Define and implement best practices for incident response and post-mortem processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in system observability, monitoring, and alerting.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or a related role.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools such as Cypress, and GitHub Actions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
