We are seeking a motivated Computer Operator – Consultant to support daily IT operations and end-user technology functions for a large-scale, professional environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining system performance, ensuring user satisfaction, and supporting infrastructure stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT end-user support for desktop, laptop, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and printer-related issues.
- Support hardware setup, imaging, and deployment of PCs and laptops.
- Assist with network connectivity, audio/visual setup, and asset management.
- Utilize a ticketing system (ITSM) to log and manage service requests.
- Participate in system update testing occasionally on weekends (remote, 1–2 hours).
- Collaborate with vendors and assist in information security audits and documentation updates.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT End User Support
- 2+ years of experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of experience in Printer Support, Hardware/Laptop Support, and PC Imaging/Building
Preferred Skills
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Experience in Information Security or Asset Management
- Hands-on Onsite/In-Person IT Support
- Familiarity with MS Teams and Help Desk Ticketing Systems (ITSM)
- Background in banking, finance, legal, or public-sector environments
Work Requirements
- Must be onsite 5 days/week.
- Candidate must be a South Carolina resident or willing to relocate prior to start (relocation at candidate’s expense).
