Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Remote Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer partnerships from discovery to activation and measurement. You will own the end-to-end influencer program for multiple client accounts, including strategy development, creator outreach, relationship management, campaign execution, and ROI analysis. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, negotiation prowess, and a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems in GCC and KSA and across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives (awareness, consideration, conversions, advocacy).
Identify, evaluate, and shortlist relevant creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn as appropriate).
Plan, negotiate, and secure partnerships with creators; manage contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Build and maintain a scalable creator onboarding process, briefing materials, and compliance guidelines.
Manage influencer activation calendar, campaign briefs, and asset delivery; coordinate with creative, content, and media teams.
Track performance with clear KPIs (impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, affiliate conversions, sales lift, ROAS); provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Conduct ongoing creator relationship management, including renegotiations, long-term partnerships, and ambassador programs.
Source and manage affiliate programs, discount codes, referral links, and tracking infrastructure.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform policy changes; translate insights into actionable plans.
Collaborate with product, PR, and client services to align influencer activities with broader marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular performance reports and client-ready narratives; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Must also have experience in client management.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment.
Demonstrated success running end-to-end influencer campaigns with measurable impact.
Strong network of creators across relevant verticals and platforms; proven ability to negotiate and manage budgets.
Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling creator briefs and brand messages. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Candidates with familiarity with the Levant region (particularly Jordan and Lebanon) or a native-level command of Arabic will be given preference.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience with performance-based influencer campaigns.
Familiarity with creative production processes and working with video, image, and copy assets.
Experience with influencer CRM and relationship marketing at scale (ambassador programs, creator communities).
Bilingual capabilities (English & Arabic) and experience with international influencer campaigns.
Work Schedule and Environment
Location: Remote. Seek overlap with core team hours for collaboration.
Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses; benefits where applicable.
Full-time, 40 hours/week. Some flexibility for client time zones may be required.
Equipment: Company-provided laptop and mobile data package.
