We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist ( Real Expert on Instagram ) to take ownership of Forge Skin’s Instagram presence and drive community growth. This role goes beyond posting content — you will be responsible for strategy, engagement, and performance, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive DTC skincare space.
🎯 Your Mission
- Manage and grow Forge Skin’s Instagram account with a performance-driven approach.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) aligned with our brand voice.
- Drive community engagement through comments, DMs, and interactive campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and influencer partners to amplify reach and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance, optimizing for growth and ROI.
- Stay ahead of Instagram trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
🧠 What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably Instagram-first.
- Proven track record of growing engagement and followers for DTC or eCommerce brands.
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, copywriting, and social storytelling.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Later, Hootsuite, etc.) to track performance.
- Understanding of influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & visual).
- Creative, data-driven, and results-focused mindset.
