What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as a functional and technical lead in the support and continuous improvement of enterprise applications
- Provide daily operational and technical support for assigned business systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements and deliver effective technology solutions
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvement to enhance system efficiency
- Participate in or lead testing activities for system updates, enhancements, and integrations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Infor Lawson experience is required (Finance, AP, HR, Supply Chain modules)
- 5–8 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with SAP Business Objects or other enterprise reporting tools
- Experience with Perl or Cobol programming language
- Familiarity with data integration and interface technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus
