Trading Operations Engineer
Dubai/Remote
A high-growth trading firm seeks an experienced Operations Engineer to maintain and scale their critical trading infrastructure. You'll ensure 24/7 system reliability, automate operations, and support our high-frequency trading platform.
The role:
- Maintain production Linux systems and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Handle incident response and on-call responsibilities for trading systems
- Build Python automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Configure monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
- Deploy infrastructure using Terraform and configuration management
Requirements:
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong Linux administration and AWS experience
- Python scripting for automation and tooling
- Production support experience with incident response
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
Ideal background:
- Fintech, trading, or high-uptime critical systems
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
- CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows
- Previous SRE or Platform Engineer roles
