About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive iOS Developer to join our dynamic team on a fully remote basis within the United Kingdom. This is a contract position lasting between 9 to 12 months, offering an excellent opportunity to work on critical projects at the intersection of mobile technology and secure financial solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end development processes, delivering high-quality, secure, and innovative mobile applications that integrate seamlessly with banking systems, AI/ML technologies, and the Microsoft Stack. This role requires a developer with a strong sense of ownership, technical mastery, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical expertise and relevant experience, including:
- Proven experience in native iOS development using Swift and Objective-C, or extensive experience with modern Swift frameworks such as SwiftUI and the iOS SDK.
- Deep understanding of FinTech security protocols, compliance standards, and secure banking/financial solutions.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Stack, including .NET, Azure cloud services, or Power Platform.
- Experience with AI/ML integration, particularly in NLP or recommendation systems, to enhance application functionalities.
- Valid European work permit, enabling legal employment within the UK.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver complex technical projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining native iOS applications with a focus on security, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, technical specifications, and deliverables.
- Integrating mobile solutions with banking systems, AI/ML models, and cloud services to create seamless and secure user experiences.
- Implementing best practices for secure coding, data protection, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications for scalability and robustness.
- Managing project timelines, communicating progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in iOS technology, security protocols, and fintech innovations to continuously improve the product.
