We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of impactful AI solutions across a range of government entities.

What You’ll Do:
- Build & deploy advanced ML and GenAI models (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models).
- Engineer robust AI pipelines using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, and LangChain.
- Work with sensitive, large-scale government datasets securely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from Data Scientists to government SMEs.
- Ensure ethical, scalable, and secure AI deployments aligned with national priorities.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience in production environments.
- Strong Python skills and deep expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.
- Experience with generative AI and secure cloud platforms (e.g. Azure).
- Familiarity with government data handling, vector/graph DBs, and MLOps tools.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for real-world impact.
Bonus:
- Experience with AIOps, open-source contributions, or public sector projects in the UAE.
