About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with our organization’s mission and goals. This individual will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, experienced in remote workforce management, and passionate about employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding for remote and hybrid teams.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and professional development.
- Lead HR data management and reporting (HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems).
- Partner with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Handle confidential employee matters with integrity and professionalism.
- Continuously assess HR processes to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 1 year of progressive HR experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Salary Range$65,000 to $110,000 USD per year
(Commensurate with experience and location)
