Gear Games is looking for a Community Manager to join our team! In this role, you will help grow our brand by building relationships with influencers, creating engaging campaigns, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our community for Arcane Rush (Android, iOS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Find new influencers to work with (directly or via agencies).
- Build and manage relationships with influencers to create engaging content and campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and social media.
- Oversee influencer events, giveaways, and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer support via social media, email, and live chat.
- Work with the product, marketing and design teams to make sure to capture user feedback and reply with actionable insights.
- Collect customer feedback to improve the game and support processes.
- Engage with the community, and foster positive discussions.
- Track KPIs such as influencer engagement, community sentiment, and customer support metrics.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with strong communication skills.
- Be a gamer: a requirement is to have played heavily midcore card games (like Hearthstone Battlegrounds, Marvel Snap, Magic the Gathering etc..). The job requires you to play Arcane Rush and other competitor games on a daily basis
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, customer support, or community management is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates with a passion for gaming are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and empathetically.
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and social media platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage different projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work Location: Any of our offices in Milan, Italy or Hanoi, Danang, Hochiminh city, Viet Nam
