Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000

About The Job

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR Team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and escalate complex matters as needed
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues under guidance of senior HR team
• Partner with recruiters to support end-to-end hiring processes
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assist with offer and onboarding activities
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; new graduates are also welcome to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is preferred, but not required
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process
• Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
• Bilingual in Mandarin is required
  

Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000 + Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 15%!
