About The Job

We're Not Looking for Employees. We're Looking for Builders.

Level Agency is hiring a sharp, proactive People Operations Generalist — a doer who keeps systems tight, workflows clean, and teams supported. You'll stand up and administer our LMS, operationalize manager enablement, and support recruiting cycles to help people ramp faster, learn continuously, and hire predictably. This is a hands-on execution role focused on accuracy, consistency, and speed.

Clarity check: This is not a people-management track or department-head path. If you love being the dependable engine behind great work, you'll love this job.

This Isn't for Everyone.

You'll thrive here if:

✅ You take pride in doing the work—accurately, on time, every time.

✅ You like checklists, SLAs, templates, and tidy systems.

✅ You communicate crisply and keep stakeholders in the loop.

✅ You use AI to move faster and avoid rework.

You'll struggle here if:

❌ You want to own a department or manage people soon.

❌ You need constant direction or hand-holding.

❌ Feedback feels like criticism instead of opportunity.

About Level

Your Role (and Impact)

As a People Operations Generalist, you'll support talent development, recruiting, compliance, and culture. You'll keep processes humming, documentation current, and data clean—so managers and candidates have a smooth, predictable experience.

You'll:

  • Administer the LMS - Configure LinkedIn Learning (or equivalent); set up role/ladder paths; automate enrollments/nudges; track completions and NPS.
  • Coordinate Onboarding → Impact - Maintain day-by-day checklists and Day-30/60/90 milestones; schedule sessions; track first-deliverable completion; follow up on blockers.
  • Support Manager Enablement - Maintain rosters, materials, feedback forms, attendance; publish job aids in Guru; assist with manager coaching logistics.
  • Report Learning Analytics - Produce weekly scorecard metrics and share clear, actionable observations.
  • Support Talent Acquisition - Maintain interview scorecards/work samples; post roles; screen for minimum criteria; schedule interviews; ensure every interview has a scorecard in the ATS.
  • Assist Offers & Starts - Prep packets; verify band alignment with Rewards/HRIS; track acceptances; trigger onboarding tasks.
  • Handle Compliance Ops - Assign and track mandatory modules; maintain audit-ready records; update policy pages, intranet notices, and org-wide comms.
  • Maintain Data Hygiene - Keep HRIS fields (manager/band/location) current; run provisioning/offboarding checklists with IT; support payroll administration and related audits.
  • Support Culture & Comms - Coordinate recognition, swag, milestone comms; assist with employee events and engagement workstreams.
  • Pitch In on Projects - Provide administrative support for cross-functional HR initiatives and ad-hoc needs.
