We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Insights and Analytics. In this role, you will lead the optimization of our direct distribution quoting and servicing platforms. You will leverage advanced analytics tools such as GCP, BigQuery, Python, and R to analyze user journeys, identify pain points, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve the digital customer experience. You will oversee the collection and interpretation of web usage metrics, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with UX and product teams to implement and measure the impact of website changes. You will lead and mentor a team of analysts, guiding their work in data exploration, reporting, and strategic analysis to ensure actionable insights are delivered.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110.

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Oversee the development of dashboards and financial models.
  • Build hypotheses, identify research data attributes and determine best approach to address business issues.
  • Work with business partners to identify and scope new opportunities for reporting and analysis applications to evaluate business performance and to support business decisions.
  • Keep abreast of significant developments within the industry and develop strategies that allow the company to take advantage of those opportunities.
  • Incorporate findings and provide industry and competitor insights as part of the analysis and model development and enhancement.
  • Responsible for communication and delivery of reporting and model results to business partners, supporting socialization and adoption of analysis results into business activities and decisions.
  • Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.
  • Lead with influence and expertise. Actively contribute to division or department leadership team. Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
  • May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating business implications of data relationships and results of financial models to multiple business partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in public speaking and use of appropriate presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading large complex projects related to analytics.
