The Client:


Our client is a fast-scaling, investor-backed scale up specializing in AI led market and data analytics for financial services companies.


Since launch, the business has raised capital from strong venture and growth investors, and has seen significant adoption across investment banks, asset managers, and advisory firms. With a newly launched U.S. presence and a 3-year trajectory of doubling ARR year-over-year, the company is on pace to exceed $100M in revenue in the near term.


The foundation has been laid, product-market fit is well established, and leadership is now focused on accelerating global expansion.


The Role:


As the company enters its next chapter of growth, expanding across geographies, customer segments, and product lines, they are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all go-to-market functions globally. This executive will own and evolve the commercial engine, overseeing Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success.


You'll work directly with the CEO and board to refine GTM strategy, improve sales velocity, build predictable revenue infrastructure, and lead a high-performing, international team. You’ll also play a key role in strategic initiatives including pricing evolution, market expansion, and potential M&A.


Responsibilities:


· Define and execute the global GTM strategy, aligning Marketing, Sales, CS, and Partnerships toward unified growth goals.

· Implement scalable processes across the entire customer journey, from lead generation and onboarding through to expansion and renewal.

· Design robust revenue forecasting and pipeline methodologies, with full accountability for top-line performance.

· Build and mentor high-caliber teams across GTM functions and geographies.

· Own core systems and tools and ensure accurate, actionable data informs all decision-making.

· Partner closely with Product and Finance to refine pricing models, track unit economics, and drive efficient growth.

· Provide strategic input into capital events, market entry plans, and potential inorganic growth strategies.


What We Need to See (Essential):


· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

· Proven experience as a CRO, VP of Sales, or similar role in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

· Deep understanding of data analytics.

· Familiarity with AI, data-driven platforms, or complex, content-rich sales cycles.

· Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional, distributed teams.


What We’d Like to See (Bonus Skills):


· Prior experience in Fintech, Capital Markets, or Enterprise Data setting.

· Leading teams through international expansion. Prior participation in company fundraising, M&A, or strategic exit planning.

· Comfort working closely with a PE sponsor and board-level reporting.



Package: $425,000 - $500,000 + Bonus + Equity

Location: Fully Remote (New York preferred)
